BRENNAN CJ:   This application for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Supreme Court of South Australia was considered by Justices Dawson, Toohey and myself.  Having regard to the way in which this matter proceeded before the magistrate and before Mr Justice Moore of the Supreme Court, there is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision reached by the Full Court.  The application must therefore be refused with costs.

AT 10.17 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
