BE it enacted
by the Queen ' s Most Exce l len t Majesty by and w i t h
| t he advice a n d consent of t he Legislat ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t | assembled and by t h e |

1. I n every case where u n d e r t h e Ac t of Counci l fifteenth
| Victor ia n u m b e r four any | Jus t i ce | of | t he | Peace alone or j o in t ly | wi th |
any other J u s t i c e of t he Peace m a y by s u m m a r y conviction or order commi t any person to impr i sonmen t for any longer t e r m t h a n six m o n t h s such Jus t i ce of t h e Peace alone or jo in t ly as aforesaid shall not hereafter so commit a n y such person for any t e r m of imprison
