s1 2 s3 Magistrates Courts Amendment (No. 3) No. 210, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This rule may be cited as the Magistrates Courts Amendment Rule (No. 3) 1995 . ˙ Rules amended 2. This rule amends the Magistrates Courts Rules 1960 . ˙ Insertion of new s 185A 3. Part 17, after section 185— insert— ˙ ‘ Evidence by telephone, video link or another form of communication ‘ 185A.(1) The Court may, in a proceeding, determine to receive evidence or submissions by telephone, video link or another form of communication. ‘ (2) The Court may impose conditions under subsection (1).’.
