This rule amends the Magistrates Courts Rules 196 . 0 ˙ Amendment of s 303 (Searches) 3. Section 303— inser — t ‘ (2B) Also, the registrar may, on payment of the fee worked out at the rate applying for copying records in an action or matter not subject to the Recording of Evidence Act 196 , g 2 ive to an entity the registrar is satisfied is a genuine credit reporting agency a copy of, or extract from, a judgment. 1 ‘ (2C) However, subsection (2B) applies only if the entity agrees to release and indemnify the State, in a form acceptable to the registrar, from any loss or damage that may be sustained because the registrar gives the copy or extract to the entity under that subsection.’.
