I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Division) Act 1992 .29 September 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) (Rescission) Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3RescissionThe following regulations are rescinded: (a) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Regulations 1989 ; (b) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1990 ; (c) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1993 ; (d) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment Regulations 1998 ; (e) Magistrates Court (Small Claims Division) Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1994 . Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
