Magistrates Court Rules2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court Act 1930.

Principal Rules

1. In these Rules, “Principal Rules” means the Magistrates Court Rules.

Commencement

2.  These Rules commence on the day on which section 8 of the Magistrates Court (Amendment) Act 1991 commences.

Court fees

3.  Rule 68 of the Principal Rules is repealed.

Second Schedule

4.  The Second Schedule to the Principal Rules is repealed.
