I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 15AC of the Magistrates Court Act 1987 .18 November 2013

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Magistrates Court Order 2013 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Magistrates Court Act 1987 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4Section 15AC amended (Magistrates Rule Committee) Section 15AC(2)(d) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "the Tasmanian Bar Association" and substituting "The Tasmanian Bar".
