The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe certain provisions of the Domestic (Feral and Nuisance) Animals Act 1994 for the purposes of the definition of "infringement notice" in clause 2 of Schedule 7 to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.
3. Principal Regulations
In these Regulations the Magistrates' Court
General Regulations 19901 are called the Principal
Regulations.

4. Amendment to regulation 1103
In regulation 1103 of the Principal Regulations,
for paragraph (b) substitute—"(b) Sections 10(1), 10(2), 20, 21, 24(1), 24(2),
25(1) and 27(1) of the Domestic (Feral and
Nuisance) Animals Act 1994;".
