Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make
miscellaneous amendments to Schedule 2 to the

1Magistrates' Court General Regulations 1990.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 17 May

1996.

4. Amendments to Schedule 2

In Schedule 2 to the 2Magistrates' Court General
Regulations 1990—

Magistrates' Court General (Amendment) Regulations 1996

S.R. No. 37/1996

(a) omit "Box Hill"; and

(b) after "Preston" insert "Ringwood".
