The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make a
minor amendment to the Magistrates' Court (Fees,

Costs and Charges) Regulations 19901.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under section 140 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989.

3. Amendment of table of fees

In the table in regulation 8 of the Magistrates'
Court (Fees, Costs and Charges) Regulations
1990, in item 28(a), for "debt or liquidated
demand" substitute "debt, liquidated demand or
