Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

23 December 2008 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5473

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2009.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Fees)
Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 2 in the heading to the table:

(a) delete "$7 500" (each occurrence) and insert:

$10 000

(b) delete "$25 000" (each occurrence) and insert:

$50 000
