Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Magistrates Court (Fees) Amendment

2748 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1 July 2016

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — immediately after the commencement of the Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2016 regulation 40.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Fees)
Regulations 2005.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 2 item 1(b) Column A delete "410.00" and insert:

299.00
