1, the Governor, acting under the Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enforcement Amendment Act. 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 21 August. 2013 as the day on which sections 4 to 38, 41 ( 1) and ( 2), 43 and Parts 3 and 4 of that. Act come into operation.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Magistrates Court (Fees) Amendment

Regultuions 2013.

2. Commencement niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day on •hich the

Fines, Penalties and Infringement Notices Enfarcement Amendment Act 2012 section 36 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court (Fees)

Regulations 2005.

4.             Schedule I amended

In Schedule I Division 2 itern 11(c) delete "lol lalA:" and

insert:
