These rules are the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings)
.Intendment Rules (No. 3) 2013.
2.	Commencement
These rules come into operation as follows

(a)	rules I and 2 — on the day on hich these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on the day on •hich the Fines,

Penalties and infringement Notices Enfhrce rent

3.             Rules amended

These rules amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings)

Rates 200-5_

4.             Rule 130 amended

Delete rule 130(4) and insert:

(4) The application may be dealt with in the absence of

(a) Fines, Penalties Act 1994

the debtor mentioned in the section 69(1)(a); or

(b)	the person mentioned in the Fines, Penalties
Act 199 .1 section 69(1)(b). and Infringement Notices En!brcernent

as is relevant in the case.
