These rules are the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings)

Ainenchnent Rules (No. 2) 20/2.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows

(a) rules I and 2 on the day on hich these rules are

published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the rules on the day after that day.

3.              Rules amended

These rules amend the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings)
Rides 200-5.

4.              Rule 131 anienclecl

In rule 131 delete "Act." and insert:

Act and the Civil.hrclgments Enforcement Regn'lu(ions 2005
Part 4 Division 2 and regulations 86 and 96.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Governmen.I Act. 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Brookton resolved on 17 May 2012 to adopt the following local law.

This local law is cited as the Shire of Brookton Repeal Local Law 2012.
2 Operation
