Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulation under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction)Act 1982.

Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 15 of the table set out in that regulation and substituting the following items:

1. 1 September 1989 to and including 14 January 1991........................................ 20.75

2. Any period after 14 January 1991......................................................................... 17.50”.
