Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulation under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982.

Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 16 of the table set out in that regulation and substituting the following items:

1. 15 January 1991 to and including 14 July 1991...........................................     17.50

2. Any period after 14 July 1991..........................................................................     15.75”.
