Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations2 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive hereby makes the following Regulation under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982.

Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 17 of the table set out in that regulation and substituting the following items:

1. 15 July 1991 to and including 14 January 1992...........................................     15.75

2. Any period after 14 January 1992....................................................................     13.75”.
