Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Schedule

2.  The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 10 of Table 2 and substituting the following items:

“10       15 July 1992 to and including 14 January 1993...................       11.50

11        Any period after 14 January 1993.................................           10.00”.
