The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Schedule

2.  The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 11 of Table 2 and substituting the following items:

“11     15 January 1993 to and including 31 January 1994 ..........................              10.00

12     Any period after 31 January 1994 .................................................                 9.00”.
