Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, MICHAEL CARTER TATE, the Minister of State for Justice of the Commonwealth of Australia, hereby make the following Regulation under the Magistrates Court  (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.

Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 14 of the table set out in that regulation and substituting the following items:

“14	1 March 1989 to and including 31 August 1989................................	17.875
15	Any period after 31 August 1989..........................................................	20.75”.
