The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Act 1982.

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

1. Schedule

The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 14 of Table 2 and substituting the following items:

“14      1 April 1997 to and including 30 April 1998.........................................       9.55

1. Any period after 30 April 1998..............................................................       8.45”
