Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations² (Amendment)

I, MICHAEL CARTER TATE, the Minister of State for Justice, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General, hereby make the following Regulation under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from item 6 “2.00” and substituting “5.00”; and

(b)by omitting from item 7 “2,000.00” and substituting “2,500.00”.
