Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, LIONEL FROST BOWEN, the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Schedule

2. The Schedule of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended by omitting item 5 and substituting the following item:

“5 For executing, and for each attempt to execute, a warrant issued in connection with proceedings.......................................................... 20.00”.
