Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, LIONEL FROST BOWEN, the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulations under the Magistrates Court  (Civil Jurisdiction) Ordinance 1982.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended by omitting Item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1.

On filing of originating process—

(a)   where the amount in dispute does not exceed $10,000................

(b) in any other case....................................................................................

200.00”.
