Magistrates Court Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the 1LMagistrates CourtAmentlinent

27 April 2(112 GOVERNMENT GAZE'1 PE, WA 1767

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on hich these regulations are published in the Gazt iie;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Magistrates Court
Regulations 2005.

4.            Regulation 12 amended

In regulation 12:

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "section 4." and insert:

section 4;

(b)	after paragraph (b) insert:
(c) the chief executive officer of the department of the Public Service principally assisting the Minister in the administration of the Act.
