Magistrates Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Magistrates Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Magistrates Regulation 2003. 3 Insertion of new s 5 After section 4— insert— ‘5 Expiry of pt 9A—Act, s 53S(2) ‘The period before expiry of part 9A of the Act under section 53S(1) of the Act is extended by 1 year. Note — Part 9A now expires on 1 January 2011.’.
