1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Maclean Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lots 25 and 26, DP 1057586, Highland Ridge, Maclean, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (a)” on the

map marked “Maclean Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment 21)” deposited in the office of Clarence Valley Council.
