1 Name of plan

This plan is Maclean Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 1).

2 Aims of plan

This plan aims to include a flagpole as a heritage item under Maclean

Local Environmental Plan 2001.

3 Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to the flagpole situated on Lot 1, DP 759130, comprising part of Norfolk Park, Yamba.

4 Amendment of Maclean Local Environmental Plan 2001

Maclean Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended by inserting after item 73 in Schedule 1, under the headings of “Item No #”, “Property description” and “Heritage item”, the following item:

74	Lot 1, DP 759130,	Flagpole
comprising part of Norfolk Park, Yamba
