1. The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (Bell CJ, Leeming and Stern JJA) dismissing a notice of motion seeking leave to exempt the applicant's previous matter from a vexatious litigant order.

2. The application fails to articulate appropriate grounds of appeal for this Court to consider and otherwise does not have reasonable prospects of success.
