Application for approval of the Tarbuck Building Co. Enterprise Agreement 2023-2027
Lynnette Passeri has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Tarbuck Building Co. Enterprise Agreement 2023-2027 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 8 May 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 May 2027.
