v
THE KING
[2024] HCASL 206
S66/2024
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from the whole of the judgment of the Court of Criminal Appeal of New South Wales (Adamson JA, Basten A-JA and Wilson J), dismissing an application for leave to appeal against a decision of the District Court of New South Wales (Judge Pickering SC) refusing an application made pursuant to the Costs in Criminal Cases Act 1967 (NSW).
The proposed appeal has insufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
