An Act *further to amem! ''The Lztncbtics Act, 1864,"[Assented to, 21th November, 1868.1
by authorizing the Governor with the advice of the Execu-
tive Council, to appoint the Resident Medical Officer fbr the time
bcing of the Adelaide Lunatic Asylum, to act as the Resident Medical
Officer of such other Lunatic Asylums to be hereafter proclaimed under the provisions of the said Act as to the said Govcrnor with the advice aforesaid may seem expedient-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province
the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
