I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Luna Park Site Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 12 October 1990 as the day on which Part 2, Part 3 and Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
