Application for unfair dismissal remedy - no dispute as to genuine redundancy - subsequent discovery of alleged serious misconduct - whether Fair Work Australia has jurisdiction to determine matter.

[1] The decision issued by Fair Work Australia on 10 October 2012 [[2012] FWA 8147, PR529734] is corrected as follows:

    1. By deleting ‘I R Frith & Associates’ in the preamble to the decision and inserting ‘IC Frith & Associates’ in its place.

    2. By deleting ‘IR Frith’ where it appears in the body of the decision and inserting ‘IC Frith’ in its place.
