Luck v Secretary Of Services Australia & Ors

Case

[2023] HCASL 62

LUCK
V
SECRETARY OF SERVICES AUSTRALIA & ORS
[2023] HCASL 62
M6/2023

  1. The applicant seeks an extension of time within which to apply for special leave to appeal from a decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Farrell, S C Derrington and Raper JJ) dismissing her applications for interlocutory relief and summarily dismissing her appeal from a decision of the Federal Court (Bromberg J) affirming a decision of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

  2. The application raises no question of general principle and discloses no reason to doubt the correctness of the Full Court's decision. The application should be refused and it would be futile to grant the extension of time sought.

  3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
