SCHEDULE 1 1 2 Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Lucinda Harbour (Harbour Limits) Order 1991 . Repeal 2. The order in council in relation to the Harbour of Lucinda published in the Gazette on 10 December 1977 at page 1467 is repealed.

2 Lucinda Harbour (Harbour Limits) Order 1991 Harbour limits 3. The limits of the Harbour of Lucinda are altered to those set out in the Schedule. SCHEDULE The area comprised within a line— (a) commencing on Hinchinbrook Island at the intersection of the high water mark and parallel of latitude 18˚28.8' south and bearing 90˚ true along that parallel to its intersection with meridian of longitude 146˚25.9' east; then (b) bearing 180˚ true along that meridian to its intersection with parallel of latitude 18˚34.8' south; then (c) bearing 270˚ true along that parallel to its intersection with the high water mark; then (d) by the high water mark to the eastern bank of Post Office Creek; then (e) bearing 0˚ true to its intersection with the high water mark on Hinchinbrook Island; then (f) by the high water mark to the point of commencement and including all navigable rivers, creeks, and waters communicating with that area and the banks and foreshores of the rivers, creeks and waters.
