2 Lotto (On-line) Amendment (No. 1) No. 326, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This rule may be cited as the Lotto (On-line) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended rule 2. The Lotto (On-line) Rule is amended as set out in this rule. ˙ Amendment of s.1.1 3. Section 1.1— omit, insert— ‘1.1 This rule may be cited as the Lotto (On-line) Rule 1989. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.12.1 4. Section 12.1(e)— omit, insert— ‘ (e) the provisional value of each prize in Division 1 and the value of each prize in Divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5; ’. ˙ Amendment of s.15.1 5. Section 15.1— omit ‘ Division 1 and 2 ’, insert ‘ Division 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.15.2 6. Section 15.2— omit ‘ or 2 ’ (wherever occurring) . ˙ Amendment of s.15.3 7. Section 15.3— omit ‘ Gold Lotto Division 3, 4 or 5 ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ Gold

Section 15.4— omit, insert— ‘15.4(1) Subject to subsection (3), if— (a) a person has won a prize in a Division, other than Gold Lotto Division 1 or Super 66 Division 1; and (b) the person presents the person’s subscription receipt to the Office or a selling point before the end of the relevant agency prize payment period mentioned in Schedule 1 #19; and (c) the subscription receipt is validated by the Office or selling point; the Office or selling point must immediately pay the amount of the prize to the person. ‘(2) After the relevant agency prize payment period ends, a prize may be paid only by the Office. ‘(3) A prize in Gold Lotto Division 2 or Super 66 Division 2 may be paid only by the Office. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.15.7 9. Section 15.7— omit ‘ Divisions 1 and 2 ’, insert ‘ Division 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.15.8 10. Section 15.8— omit ‘ Divisions 1 and 2 ’, insert ‘ Division 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 1 11. Schedule 1— omit ‘ WEDNESDAY ’, insert ‘ THURSDAY ’.
