2 Lotto (On-line) Amendment (No. 1) No. 458, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Lotto (On-line) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Lotto (On-line) Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.3 (Forms) 3. Section 3— omit , insert — ‘Forms ‘3.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the Manager. ‘(2) A person may request the Manager to give the person a copy of a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The Manager must promptly comply with the request. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.7 (Appointment of agent) 4.
