I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Lotto (Amendment) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9th July, 1993 as the day on which Schedule 1 (1), (4) and (7) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced amendments contained in the Lotto (Amendment) Act 1992 relating to key employees and the

disposal of money in certain licensees’ prize funds.
