LOTTO (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 NO. 59—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Lotto (Amendment) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 December 1992 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1 (1), (4) and (7)) commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence most of the Lotto (Amendment)

Act 1992. The amendments not commenced by this Proclamation relate to certain
amendments about key employees (e.g. recasting the definition of “key employee”)
and to the disposal of money in certain licensees’ prize funds.
