Lotteries Gaming and Betting (Amusement Machines) (Amendment) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the date for an operator's licence.

These Regulations are made under sections 10C and 10U of the Lotteries Gaming and Betting Act 1966.

3. Extension of operator's licence

After regulation 8(3) of the Lotteries Gaming and Betting (Amusement Machines) Regulations 1988 insert—

"(4) Despite sub-regulation (3), an operator's

licence which would have expired on 31 October 1997 expires on 30 March 1998.".
