CONTINUANCE.

No. 24 of 1935.

AN ACT to continue the operation of the Lotteries

(Control) Aet, 1932-1934.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1935.]

D E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

.13 by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Control) short atk.

Continuance Act, 1935, and shall be read as one with the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932-1934 (hereinafter called the principal Act).

2. Section twenty-one of the principal Act is hereby A nsrdnse tr of

amended by deleting the word "thirty-five" in the second Crirseil	i	aar	et.
and third lines of the section and substituting the word "thirty-six."

The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932-1935.	Citation ,rprincipal act
