AN ACT to amend the Lotteries (Control) Aet, 1932.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Control) Short title.

Amendment Act, 1933, and shall be read as one with the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932 (hereinafter called "the prin- cipal Act").

2.    Section fifteen of the principal Act is hereby amended Amendment of

by the addition thereto of a paragraph, as follows :—

(f) A copy of every account furnished by the Com- mission to the Minister under paragraph (d), together with a copy of the certificate of the auditor in regard thereto, shall be laid before each House of Parliament within thirty days after the receipt of such account and certificate by the Minister, if Parliament is in session, and, if not, then within thirty days after the commence- ment of the next session of Parliament.

3.    Section twenty-one of the principal Act is hereby continuance of

amended by excising the word "thirty-three" in the second Wpoerriaodfuori

and third lines thereof and inserting the word "thirty-four" one year.
