AN ACT to continue the operation of the Lotteries

(Control) Act, 1932-1948.

[Assented to 18th December, 1950.]

PE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:-

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Con- trol) Act Continuance Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932- 1948 (Act No. 50 of 1932 as amended by Acts Nos. 39 of 1933, 33 of 1934, 24 of 1935, 35 of 1936, 53 of 1937, 46 of 1938, 18 of 1939, 31 of 1940, 30 of 1941, 27 of 1942, 15 of 1943, 38 of 1944, 44 of 1946, 7 of 1947 and 69 of 1948), hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal. Act.
