AN ACT to continue the operation of the Lotteries

(Control) Act, 1932-1946.

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Control) Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1947, and shall be

read as one with the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932-1946 (No. 50 of 1932, as amended by the Acts Nos. 39 of 1933, 33 of 1934, 24 of 1935, 35 of 1936, 53 of 1937, 46 of 1938, 18 of 1939, 31 of 1.940, 30 of 1941, 27 of 1942, 15 of 1943, 38 of 1944, and 44 of 1946), hereinafter called the principal Act.

Section twenty-one of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "forty-seven" and inserting in lieu
