AN ACT to continue the operation of the Lotteries

(Control) Act, 19324939.

[Assented to 4th December, 1940.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legisla-

tive Council and Legislative Assembly of Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Lotteries (Control)

Act Amendment Act, 1940, and. shall be read as one with

the Lotteries (Control) Act, 1932 (No. 5 of 1932 as amended by the Acts No. 39 of 1933, No. 33 of 1934, No. 24 of 1935, No. 35 of 1936, No. 53 of 1937, No. 46 of 1938, and No. 18 of 1939), hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

Amendment

of s. 21. 2. Section twenty-one of the principal Act is hereby
