Lotteries Commission (Super 66) Amendment
Rules 2006
Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.
1. Citation
These rules are the Lotteries Commission (Super 66)
Amendment Rules 2006.
2. Commencement
These rules come into operation on the day on which the Lotteries
Commission (Monday and Wednesday Lotto) Rules 2006 come
into operation.
3. The rules amended
The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission
(Super 66) Rules 1996*.[* Reprint 1 as at 4 July 2003. For amendments to 22 March 2006 see Western Australian

4. Rule 3 amended
Rule 3 is amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical
positions —
““Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules” means the Lotteries Commission (Monday and Wednesday Lotto) Rules 2006;
“Monday lotto” has the same meaning as in the
Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules;
“Wednesday lotto” has the same meaning as in the
Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules;
”.
5. Rule 4 amended
Rule 4 is amended by inserting after “Saturday lotto,” —
“ Monday lotto, Wednesday lotto, ”.
6. Rule 5 amended
(1) After rule 5(1) the following subrules are inserted — “
(1a) A person entering a Monday lotto draw or a
Wednesday lotto draw may, in conjunction with each
entry in that game, submit one entry in the super 66
draw to be held on the Saturday next following the
purchase of the entry.(1b) If an entry is used to enter both a Monday lotto draw
and a Wednesday lotto draw and super 66, the
subscriber will be entered once in the super 66 draw to
be held on the Saturday next following the first of the
lotto draws in that pair.”.

(2) Rule 5(3) is amended by inserting after “each” — “ oral request for an ”. (3) After rule 5(3) the following subrule is inserted — “
(3a) A subscriber who enters a super 66 draw by marking
an entry coupon is limited to selecting one of the
choices of numbers of games of super 66 that are
marked on the entry coupon.”.
(4) Rule 5(4) is amended by inserting after “Saturday lotto,” in the
2 places where it occurs —“ Monday lotto, Wednesday lotto, ”. 7. Rule 9 amended
Rule 9(2)(c) is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting after “Saturday lotto,” — “ Monday lotto, Wednesday lotto, ”;
(b) by inserting after “Saturday Lotto Rules,” — “ the Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules, ”.
8. Rule 22 amended
Rule 22(1) is amended by inserting after “Saturday Lotto
Rules,” —“ the Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules, ”.
9. Rule 24 amended
Rule 24(1) is amended in the definition of “PRS number” by
inserting after “Saturday Lotto Rules,” —“ the Monday and Wednesday Lotto Rules, ”.

10. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended by inserting after “Games per entry” —
“ (may depend on the coupon used) ”.
