Lotteries Commission (Soccer Pools)

Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2010

Rules 1996.

Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These rules are the Lotteries Commission (Soccer Pools)
Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2010.

2.            Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows —

(a)	rules 1 and 2 — on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the rules — on the day after that day.

3.            Rules amended

These rules amend the Lotteries Commission (Soccer Pools)

4. Rule 10 amended
In rule 10(1):

(a)	delete "Pools by	and insert:
11, 001s-

(b) in paragraph (a) before "filling" insert:

(c) in paragraph (b) before "making" insert:

(d) in paragraph (c) before "using" insert:

(e) in paragraph (c) delete "13A," and insert:

13A; or

(f) after paragraph (c) insert:

5.           Rule 24 amended

In rule 24:

(a) after "receipted ticket" insert:

or the purchaser of an entry under the Lotteries

Commission (Internet Entries) Rules 2010

(b) after paragraph (d) delete "and".

6.            Rule 25 amended

(1) In rule 25(1):

(a) after "receipted ticket' insert:

7.           Rule 30 amended

(1) Before rule 30(1) insert:

(1A) A division 1 prize in a Pools Game is to be paid in

accordance with these rules and the Lotteries

Commission (Internet Entries) Rules 2010.

(2) In rule 30(2):

(a) delete "paid —" and insert:

paid to the holder of a winning receipted ticket —

(b) after paragraph (a) insert:

8. Rule 31 amended
Before rule 31(1) insert:

(1A) A division 2, 3, 4 or 5 prize in a Pools Game is to be

paid in accordance with these rules and the Lotteries

Commission (Internet Entries) Rules 2010.
