Made by the Lotteries Commission under section 28(1) of the Act.

1.            Citation

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Lotteries Commission
(Soccer Pools) Rules 1996*.

3. Rule 23 amended
Rule 23(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	before "contribution" by inserting — " total ";
(b)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "48%" and inserting " not less than 45% ";

(c) in paragraph (b) by deleting "remaining 2% of the Commission's base costs" and inserting instead — " balance of the contribution ".

4.            Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 is amended by deleting
